Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Engineers/Architects to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process design activities to define scalable MES solutions aligned with manufacturing needs.
- Design and support MES architectures, configurations, integrations, deployments, upgrades, and related technical solutions.
- Lead implementation activities including data mapping, technical documentation, testing, deployment, post-production support, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, provide solution guidance, communicate technical concepts, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
7+ years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems, manufacturing technology, solution architecture, or a related technology role.

- Experience with enterprise MES platforms or manufacturing technology solutions.
- Experience supporting MES implementations, system integrations, process transformation, or technology consulting initiatives.
- Relevant industry certification or experience providing technical presentations, leading workstreams, and mentoring team members.
