Job Description:

Load Testing, Stress Testing, Endurance/Soak Testing, Spike Testing, Volume Testing, Scalability Testing,

Concurrency Testing

Java8, Spring boot, SQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), Apache JMeter"

• Experience in performance testing and analysis

• Strong understanding of test types: load, stress, endurance, spike, and volume testing

• Knowledge of web applications, APIs, databases, and distributed systems

• Experience with tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Neoload, or similar

• Ability to read and interpret logs, metrics, and monitoring dashboards

• Familiarity with SQL, scripting, and basic programming concepts

• Understanding of response times, concurrency, latency, and throughput

• Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

• Adaptability & Flexibility

• Aptitude for technology; curiosity, passion and startup mindset

• Applied statistics skills: distributions, statistical testing, regression analysis

• Innovative thinking"

• Design and execute performance, load, stress, soak, and scalability tests

• Analyze application behavior under peak and normal usage conditions

• Identify performance bottlenecks in application, database, infrastructure, and network layers

• Create test plans, test scenarios, scripts, and performance reports

• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and product teams to resolve performance issues

• Monitor system metrics such as response time, CPU, memory, throughput, and error rates

• Recommend tuning, optimization, and capacity planning improvements

• Maintain performance testing tools, frameworks, and environments

• Support performance testing in CI/CD pipelines where applicable

• Validate fixes and retest after performance improvements
