A leading national retail organization is seeking a Change Management Coordinator to support the execution of a large-scale Data Modernization Program. Our firm is partnering with this client—one of the largest and most recognized retailers in the United States—to identify a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, project-driven environments. This role is ideal for someone with a background in project coordination, PMO support, or change management who is looking to contribute to a high-impact technology transformation initiative.


Job Description
The Change Management Coordinator will play a key role in supporting change management activities for the Data Modernization Program. This position is responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining program trackers, supporting communication and rollout efforts, and ensuring change management deliverables remain organized and on schedule. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain change management activity trackers, including detailed project plans, status updates, and RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies).
  • Coordinate and manage program cadence by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, managing project timelines, and tracking and following up on action items.
  • Monitor the progress of change management deliverables and escalate risks or delays as appropriate.
  • Track overall program progress and provide reporting inputs for leadership updates.
  • Support rollout activities by maintaining distribution lists, tracking communications, and assisting with reporting.
  • Coordinate activities across project stakeholders to help ensure successful execution of change management initiatives.
  • Assist with maintaining project artifacts and ensuring information is organized and current.


Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience supporting project coordination, PMO activities, or change management initiatives within a business environment, preferably supporting IT or technology-related projects.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables, and managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • \Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting IT, technology, or data modernization projects.
  • Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives or large-scale business transformation efforts.
  • Experience working in a PMO or project management environment.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder engagement, change communications, or rollout coordination.
