Job Summary:
As a Functional System Architect, you will be part of the Interconnection Services team delivering technology solutions to address business problems and opportunities.
Focus on translating specific business requirements into technical solution architectures, including application architecture, integration architecture, data architecture, and non-functional requirements around supportability, resiliency, security, etc.
Translate general business requirements and business trends in architecture patterns and technology ecosystems, including data center architecture, application architecture patterns, integration architecture patterns, technology standards, non-functional technical requirements, and computing paradigms.
Essential Job Functions & Tasks:
1) Designs, develops, and implements systems or system changes to meet advanced business needs.
2) Provides functional support of applications within Interconnection Services.
3) Manages the development and implementation of projects, including defining functional requirements, developing and coordinating application testing, and coordinating project implementations.
4) Provides application support by assisting support staff in investigating and resolving application issues.
5) Works with business unit employees to define, analyze, design, and document business processes and associated applications.
6) Coordinates changes with other applications and ensures compliance with functional and architectural standards.
7) Participate in the preparation of technical procedures, documentation, manuals, reports, and training.
8) Maintain technical industry knowledge and understanding of Client infrastructure.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Engineering, Math, or Statistics,
Work Experience requirement listed below:
5 Years of Experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 7 Years of Experience with an Associate's Degree
