Role Summary
Provide hands-on architecture and engineering leadership for production-grade Reltio MDM solutions. This role requires
deep expertise in enterprise MDM, Reltio configuration, entity resolution, match and merge behavior, survivorship,
crosswalks, and improving master-entity accuracy across complex source ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the Reltio solution architecture, configuration, data models, entity types, relationships, reference data,
workflows, security, and deployment patterns.
• Design, configure, test, and tune match, merge, unmerge, survivorship, source-authority, and search-before-create
scenarios.
• Design and govern crosswalks, source identifiers, golden records, enterprise identifiers, hierarchies, and
relationships across complex source systems.
• Analyze false positives, false negatives, over-merges, under-merges, duplicate patterns, and source-data issues to
improve master-entity accuracy.
• Define measurable match-quality baselines, tuning approaches, exception handling, and regression controls for
mastered entities.
• Lead source onboarding, profiling, mapping, standardization, entity configuration, reconciliation, and production
migration into Reltio.
• Partner with Snowflake and data-engineering teams to ensure clean inbound data, traceable mastered outputs, and
reliable integration patterns.
• Support stewardship workflows, merge and unmerge operations, production issue resolution, release management,
hypercare, and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills and Experience
• 12+ years of enterprise MDM experience with deep hands-on expertise in production-grade Reltio implementations.
• Expert knowledge of Reltio configuration, metadata and entity modeling, match rules, merge behavior, survivorship,
crosswalks, hierarchies, relationships, and stewardship workflows.
• Demonstrated experience improving match accuracy and golden-record quality across complex, multi-source
environments.
• Experience diagnosing over-merges, under-merges, false matches, duplicate records, survivorship conflicts, and
source-authority issues.
• Strong understanding of MDM architecture, entity resolution, data standardization, data quality, governance,
reconciliation, and regression testing.
• Experience integrating Reltio with enterprise Snowflake-based data platforms and application ecosystems.
• Current Reltio certification required.
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas three days per week.
