Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Lead

Location: 25 - 40 % travel to Houston and San Deigo
Duration: 6+ Months

 Role Overview

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management.
• Demonstrated expertise in:
• Performance & Goals (PM/GM)
• Succession Planning (SP)
• Career Development Planning (CDP)
• Compensation
• Experience leading at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation, preferably in a large or complex enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Talent Management business processes and their relationship to the broader employee lifecycle.
• Ability to independently lead requirements and design workshops with business and HR stakeholders.
• Strong SuccessFactors configuration and solution design experience.
• Experience with testing, defect management, cutover, and deployment activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders in a fast-paced implementation environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively as a functional lead while remaining hands-on when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors certifications in one or more relevant Talent modules.
• Experience implementing multiple SuccessFactors Talent modules as part of a full-suite SuccessFactors transformation.
• Experience integrating Talent Management with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience with global or multi-country implementations.
• Experience leading or coordinating offshore/onshore functional teams.
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors implementation methodology and leading practices.
