They are seeking a Senior/Lead Frontend Engineer/ UX Prototype who excels at turning ambitious concepts into compelling, high-fidelity experiences that demonstrate the future of AI-powered products and workflows.

This role sits at the intersection of frontend engineering, UX design, rapid prototyping, and emerging AI technologies. The ideal candidate is a strong builder with exceptional design instincts who can move quickly from concept to prototype, helping stakeholders visualize and validate new ideas through interactive experiences. Success in this role requires speed, creativity, technical excellence, and a relentless focus on user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality web-based prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and interactive product experiences.
• Rapidly transform ideas, sketches, and concepts into functional demonstrations that communicate product vision and user value.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to bring innovative AI-driven experiences to life.
• Create intuitive, user-centered interfaces that simplify complex enterprise workflows and enhance productivity.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback, research findings, and evolving business requirements.
• Develop configurable and interactive prototypes that support experimentation, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
• Advocate for design excellence, usability, accessibility, and frontend best practices.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools and modern engineering workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.
• Contribute to the exploration of emerging technologies, interaction models, and AI-enabled user experiences.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering, web application development, UX prototyping, or related disciplines.
• Extensive experience building modern web applications and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and iterate in fast-paced product or innovation environments.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools, agentic IDEs, coding copilots, or related productivity platforms throughout design and development workflows.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and transform them into elegant, intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on AI-powered products, conversational interfaces, copilots, intelligent assistants, or generative AI experiences.
• Background in innovation labs, product incubation teams, startup environments, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience building demos, executive showcases, customer-facing prototypes, or concept validation projects.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive web design principles.
• Experience collaborating with user researchers and incorporating research insights into product development.
• Knowledge of modern cloud platforms and API integrations.
