Job Title : Sr Oracle EBS SCM & MFG Functional Consultant
Location : 100% Remote
Duration : 6+ months contract, Part-time (upto 80 hours a month)
Position Overview:
Should have an exp on Oracle EBS R12 Support and the selected resource will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 system and will be responsible for providing support across various modules including Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Discrete Manufacturing, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Work in Process (WIP).
Additionally, he/she is the bridge between our business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and translation of business requirements into Oracle solutions.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience supporting Oracle EBS R12, with expertise in Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Discrete Manufacturing, BOM, and WIP modules.
- Experience with EBS R12.2.15 implementation and has strong skills on BOM, WIP, Sourcing and Cost management.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions within Oracle EBS.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL is a plus.
- Oracle EBS certifications are desirable but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for Oracle EBS R12 system, addressing user queries and troubleshooting issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS solutions.
- Conduct regular system maintenance activities, including patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of Oracle EBS modules to meet business needs.
- Document support processes, system configurations, and user guides for future reference.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system improvement and optimization.
- Participate in testing and validation activities for system enhancements and upgrades.
