Overview & Responsibilities:
Work with a leading professional services firm as the Sales Enablement AI Engineering Director. You will serve as the visionary lead and "hands-on" architect for the North American Sales AI Ecosystem. This is a high-stakes, fast-paced initiative designed to transform sales operations—from prospecting to proposal creation—using cutting-edge agentic AI. · Design, build, and refine agentic AI tools and ecosystems specifically for sales tasks like research, client insights, and content generation.
· Execute the technical build-out using Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
· Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with existing enterprise systems, including Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, and Loopio.
· Act as a proactive technical advisor, identifying native Microsoft capabilities and out-of-the-box features to accelerate deployment.
· Orchestrate development and monitoring workflows with a global support team, including offshore resources in India.
· Transition tactical manual efforts into automated AI environments to increase "speed to play" for the business development team.
· Document reusable AI patterns and architectures to ensure the ecosystem is scalable and secure.
Required Qualifications:
· 10+ years of progressive experience in AI, architecture, or technical enablement roles.
· Expert-level, hands-on experience with the Microsoft AI stack, specifically Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio.
· Deep technical proficiency in LLMs, agent design, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and Python/API orchestration.
· Proven track record of moving AI projects from pilot to large-scale enterprise deployment.
· Strong understanding of sales environments or professional services landscapes.
· Ability to work 100% autonomously in a "hands-on" capacity without immediate coaching/management duties.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in a related technical field.
· Experience with Salesforce or Dynamics CRM native AI integrations.
· Background in change management or leading technical adoption across non-technical business units.
