We Floga Technologies are a growing IT services organization delivering scalable technology solutions and are expanding our team with qualified talent.

We have Immediate opening for a Scrum master with strong hands-on experience to support a long-term engagement with our client. Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Role: Scrum Master

Location: Jersey City, NJ (hybrid)

Exp Level: 10 yrs+

Interview: TEAMS (final round may be face to face)

Duration: 12 months+

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our organization's transformation from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile practices within our Capital Markets division. This is a unique player/coach opportunity for a seasoned professional who can both guide teams through change and actively contribute to establishing our new Agile framework. The successful candidate will be instrumental in standing up new Scrum teams and implementing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices across our organization.
