Summary

Position:  Data Entry Analyst / Applications Assistant - Junior 
Location: Hybrid - Providence, RI 02908
Duration: 9 Months+ 
 
Need Local to Providence RI only
 
Position Summary: This position is responsible for administrative tasks associated with the implementation of DCYF’s new Federal Benefit Preservation program.
This position will work closely with contracted providers to ensure creation and administration of and data reconciliation for the financial accounts established for eligible youth under this program.
 

Responsibilities include:

  • Review of youth eligibility for the Preservation of Federal Benefit program
  • Application for benefits on behalf of eligible youth
  • Data entry for ABLE account creation for eligible youth
  • Coordination with financial institution (TBD) for creation of accounts for non-ABLE eligible youth with benefits
  • Data compilation for annual reporting
  • Coordination on youth communication with Caseworkers
  • Responding to requests for benefit information or status of application Other duties as assigned
