LOCATION: Remote (EST HOURS)
Contract: 6+ Months
Summary
Seeking a senior Process Reengineering Consultant to lead the organization's current-state to future-state process transformation.
This consultant will document existing business processes, develop the transformation strategy and execution roadmap, and partner with business owners to define and implement new business processes and policies.
This role supports a large enterprise transformation initiative and is focused on business process reengineering, not technology implementation.
Responsibilities
- Document current-state business processes across front-office and back-office functions.
- Design future-state business processes and operational workflows.
- Develop the overall process reengineering strategy and execution roadmap.
- Collaborate with business owners to define and implement new business processes and policies.
- Lead process improvement initiatives supporting the organization's future-state operating model.
Requirements
- Experience leading enterprise process reengineering initiatives.
- Experience documenting current-state and future-state business processes.
- Experience developing process transformation strategies and execution plans.
- Experience working directly with business owners to implement process improvements.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with AI workflow process reengineering or AI workflow integration.
- Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
BONUS:
- Experience using Scribe for process documentation (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
