Role - Lead Angular Developer with strong Java

Location - Dallas TX(HYBRID)

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Angular Developer with strong Java backend experience to design, develop, and lead scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Angular, Java (Spring Boot), and microservices architecture, along with leadership experience guiding development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of enterprise-level web applications using Angular (latest versions) and Java/Spring Boot
Architect and implement scalable, high-performance front-end and backend systems
Drive best practices in UI development, coding standards, and performance optimization
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Develop reusable, maintainable, and efficient code
Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce development standards
Design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability
Work with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and cloud platforms like AWS/Azure
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of overall IT experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (v8+)
Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
Solid experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
Experience in building and consuming REST APIs
Strong understanding of RxJS, NgRx (or similar state management)
Experience with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
