Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Permanent Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. As a Permanent Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our production team to identify and resolve any quality issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure that our products meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that our products meet customer requirements
  • Conduct regular audits of our production processes to identify any quality issues
  • Work closely with our production team to identify and resolve any quality issues that may arise
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any quality issues
  • Conduct training sessions for our production team to ensure that they are aware of our quality control procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities
  • Ensure that all products are tested in accordance with industry standards
  • Participate in the development of new products to ensure that they meet customer requirements
  • Provide technical support to our production team to ensure that they are able to produce high-quality products

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a quality engineering role
  • Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, Control Plan, FMEA, and IATF
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other quality control software
