Summary

The Project Design Analyst supports the design team by managing documentation, analyzing project metrics, and facilitating communication across departments. This entry to mid-level role focuses on maintaining organized records, generating performance reports, and providing operational assistance to ensure efficient project workflows. The position requires attention to detail and a collaborative approach to support seamless project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and manage project-specific documents, including floorplans and design files, ensuring readiness for review and use by the design team.
  • Develop and maintain centralized folders and documentation systems to streamline access and updates.
  • Export, filter, and analyze data in Excel to track project metrics such as design totals, late deliverables, and performance indicators.
  • Generate accurate reports to monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and support decision-making processes.
  • Serve as the primary contact for routing design-related questions and coordinating with internal teams to address missing elements or implement changes.
  • Manage email correspondence and tasks within Office 365 tools to facilitate effective communication and task completion.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to share updates, address issues, and collaborate on ongoing projects.
  • Foster ongoing communication with the design team to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.
  • Support operational functions by assisting with administrative tasks and process improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project documentation and reporting requirements are met consistently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, to analyze and generate project reports.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple documents and data sources accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data and providing actionable insights.
  • Previous experience with document management and data analysis in a project environment is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Availability to work during regular business hours.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.????
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Publishing Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
