Title : SAP FS-RI Consultant (Reinsurance)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP FS-RI Consultant with strong expertise in Reinsurance processes and SAP FS-RI configuration/support. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Treaty & Facultative Reinsurance, including Proportional and Non-Proportional structures, Ceded & Assumed Reinsurance, premium calculations, claims, recoveries, commissions, settlements, UPR, and reinstatement premiums.
Key Responsibilities:
· Configure and support SAP FS-RI for reinsurance processes
· Manage treaty/contract setup, premium postings, claims, and settlements
· Support integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR) and SAP FS-CD
· Handle reconciliation, posting issues, and period-end close activities
· Prepare functional specifications, testing support (SIT/UAT), and production support
· Collaborate with Finance, Actuarial, and Business teams for issue resolution
Required Skills:
· 6+ years of SAP experience with 3+ years in SAP FS-RI
· Strong Reinsurance domain knowledge
· Experience with SAP FS-CD and SAP S/4HANA Finance integration
· Understanding of reinsurance accounting and document flow
· Basic ABAP debugging/log analysis skills
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
