Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and contribute to the development and modernization of enterprise applications
* Partner on architecture, design decisions, and technical direction
* Build full stack solutions across backend and frontend
* Work closely with product, engineering, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions
* Mentor junior engineers and help elevate overall engineering standards
* Support modern delivery practices including CI/CD, automation, and DevSecOps
* Leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency and workflow

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of experience in full stack software engineering
* Strong background with C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server
* Hands-on experience building applications in Azure cloud environments
* Experience with modern frontend technologies (Blazor or similar frameworks)
* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated deployments
* Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally and influence technical direction
* Proven ability to mentor others and operate in a senior-level role
* Comfortable working in large, complex enterprise environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
