Role Summary

Seeking a Senior Salesforce Revenue Cloud Business Analyst to implement and support Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ) solutions for a global B2B sales organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), and enterprise integrations.

Required Skills

8+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud experience, including 3+ years with Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud.
Hands-on experience with multiple end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementations.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including:
- Product Configuration
- Pricing Rules
- Quote Management
- Amendments & Renewals
- Contract Management
- Approval Workflows
- System Integrations
Expertise in the B2B Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle.
Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP, Partner Portals, and other enterprise systems.
Experience with services subscriptions, renewals, co-terming, and auto-attach.
Experience working in global, multi-country, multi-currency environments.
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and global business teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with Oracle Channel Revenue Management.
Consulting background with the ability to drive business process improvements.
Experience leading AI enablement initiatives and developing reusable Revenue Cloud/CPQ assets and best practices.
