About the Role
An Endur business analyst is a professional who works with the OpenLink Endur ETRM (Energy, Trading, and Risk Management) platform to bridge between business and technical teams in the energy sector. They are responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Endur to meet business needs, which involves analyzing requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and helping to manage projects related to trading, risk, and operations. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, configuring the system for various energy markets and derivative instruments, and supporting the physical deal lifecycle.
What We re Looking For
Experience with OpenLink Endur: A strong background and hands-on experience with the Endur ETRM system is essential.
Energy trading knowledge: Deep understanding of energy trading, risk management, and related business processes is critical.
Technical skills: Familiarity with technical aspects, potentially including scripting languages like AVS scripting or OpenJVS, is often required.
Soft skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and
collaboration skills are crucial for bridging business and technical teams.
Analytical skills: The ability to analyze complex business problems, identify opportunities, and develop solutions
Day To Day:
Gather, analyze, and document user requirements and needs, and help translate them for technical teams.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders (like traders and risk managers) and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
Configure Endur for specific functions such as deal modeling, risk valuation, settlements, invoicing, and reporting.
Provide support for Endur's technical aspects, which may include scripting, system integrations, and process improvements.
Work collaboratively within project initiatives, often using Agile methodologies, with cross-functional teams.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $70 $75 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
