Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js and modern cloud technologies to design and build scalable, high-performance applications. This role involves working on innovative, fast-paced initiatives to develop new products and services using emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and distributed systems, along with a strong passion for building impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and modern web technologies Build and support microservices-based architectures with strong API design principles Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express, and related frameworks Create event-driven applications using messaging platforms such as Kafka Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3) Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB for data storage and retrieval Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers Rapidly develop prototypes, pilots, and production-ready applications Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and design issues Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and system design principles Participate in Agile development processes and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field 5+ years of experience in software development with strong Node.js expertise Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript Experience building large-scale, distributed applications Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API-first design Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Artifactory Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Experience working in Agile development environments Preferred Qualifications Experience with libraries such as Mongoose, Casbin, or Axios Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms Experience with source control tools such as Bitbucket or similar systems Strong object-oriented programming and system design skills Experience developing reusable modules and managing dependencies using NPM Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies Education: Bachelors Degree
