Summary

Join a high-impact Cloud/DevOps Engineering team focused on building and improving infrastructure automation, deployment pipelines, and cloud-native solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with engineers, architects, and business partners on scalable delivery practices that support modern application development.
Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform
  • Build and improve GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines and repository structures
  • Support automation and scripting efforts using Bash
  • Manage IAM, secrets handling, and secure access patterns across environments
  • Work with ECS and containerized deployments to support application delivery
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to review merge requests and improve deployment practices
  • Contribute to cloud strategy, operational reliability, and best practices within an Agile team
  • Participate in planning and execution of cloud and hybrid cloud initiatives
  • Document technical approaches, implementation details, and support materials as needed
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to help deliver resilient and efficient cloud solutions
Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code
  • Experience building and supporting GitLab pipelines and repository workflows
  • Proficiency in Bash scripting
  • Working knowledge of IAM and secrets management
  • Experience with ECS and cloud deployment patterns
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within Agile teams
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
  • Comfort working in environments that value operational reliability and continuous improvement
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with container image building and container orchestration
  • Exposure to multi-account cloud governance and landing zone concepts
  • Familiarity with GitLab branching strategies
  • Experience with multi-region or blue/green deployment approaches
  • Knowledge of FinOps or cost-conscious cloud practices
  • Background supporting on-premises to cloud migration efforts
  • Experience working as an embedded engineer within an application development team
  • Experience mentoring others and sharing technical best practices
