Summary

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive technical digital projects for a healthcare client in a fully remote setting. This role partners closely with clients, design, and engineering teams to translate business goals into clear product requirements and deliver solutions from discovery through implementation.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define product goals and shape successful digital outcomes
  • Gather, document, and organize requirements sessions to move projects forward efficiently
  • Write business user stories, development tasks, and supporting documentation for technical teams
  • Help consolidate information and translate business needs into clear solution requirements and user journeys
  • Identify project or production risks and work with teams to resolve issues or escalate when needed
  • Support delivery across discovery, planning, and implementation phases
  • Build strong working relationships with client and internal stakeholders
  • Work independently, stay organized, and manage priorities across multiple efforts when needed
Skills
  • Proven experience as a product manager in a technical environment
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver digital products or solutions
  • Ability to write clear user stories, tasks, and requirements documentation
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently with initiative and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
  • Experience managing requirements, timelines, and project coordination
Preferred Skills
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Digital agency experience
  • Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and waterfall methodologies
  • CSPO certification
  • Experience supporting multiple teams or projects at the same time
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
