Product Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Analyst / Associate Product Manager to support product discovery, planning, and execution activities across cross-functional teams. This role will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Business stakeholders to help define product requirements, analyze customer and business needs, and support delivery of high-quality product solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, experience working in Agile environments, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product discovery and roadmap planning through research, analysis, and customer/business insights.
• Partner with Product Managers to evaluate ideas, test hypotheses, and support early-stage solution validation.
• Gather and document product requirements, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to refine requirements and support delivery readiness.
• Assist in managing the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Analyze customer feedback, usability findings, market research, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Track product success metrics and help evaluate product performance using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Support prioritization discussions by assessing trade-offs, dependencies, risks, timelines, and customer impact.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and product updates for stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Work within Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as JIRA or similar project management platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or related roles.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and engineering teams.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience writing user stories, product requirements, and functional documentation.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience using JIRA or similar Agile/project management tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive accountability.
• Bachelor s degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Agile/Scrum product development environments.
• Exposure to product discovery, customer research, and product analytics.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping or modern product experimentation approaches.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
