Testing Oversight: Execute and oversee testing for HHS Eligibility rules, including Integrated Eligibility, Reports, and Integration testing.

Test Management: Utilize formal QA processes and industry-accepted best practices to manage the defect lifecycle and provide feedback to System Integrators.

Release Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for QA aspects of software releases, providing test services and coordinating team resources.

Automation & Manual Testing: Develop and maintain test scripts using tools like Selenium and Cucumber, while also performing manual test execution as required.

Stakeholder Management: Respond to stakeholder requests professionally and ensure all project defects are followed through to successful closure.

Public Sector Expertise: 7+ years of experience with HHS Eligibility Systems and related policies (Medicaid, SNAP/TANF).

Testing Experience: 7+ years as a tester with deep knowledge in writing and executing complex test scripts.

Process Leadership: 7+ years adhering to formal QA processes and ensuring System Implementation (SI) teams follow industry standards.

Methodologies: Strong familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.

Tools: Proficiency with Test Management software; knowledge of automation tools (Selenium/Cucumber) is highly preferred.

Education: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Background Check: Selected candidates must complete a mandatory FBI fingerprint background check prior to starting.

Hardware Policy: Strictly prohibited to use or take government equipment outside of the United States.

Presence: Must be able to work onsite in Columbus 5 days per week without exception.
