Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager IT (Messaging & Collaboration) to lead enterprise-level IT initiatives focused on Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, oversee migrations and modernization efforts, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and offshore teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives. This role requires strong expertise in IT project management, Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent is required.
- Agile/Scrum or SAFe certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies and enterprise IT environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience
- 7+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology projects.
- Proven experience managing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams implementation, migration, or modernization projects.
- Experience with mail flow migration, SharePoint governance, Teams governance, licensing, and collaboration platform management.
- Experience managing vendors, third-party integrations (Microsoft, Proofpoint, ServiceNow), and offshore delivery teams.
- Experience using Jira, ServiceNow, or similar project management tools.
- Experience in the energy, utilities, or other regulated industries is preferred.
