Business Analyst with Trading or Capital Market Domain-Full time-Hybrid

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Capital Markets and Repo Trading domain expertise to support strategic initiatives across Repo Trade Capture, Collateral Optimization, and Repo Lifecycle Management. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, driving requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder management, and project delivery within Fixed Income and Securities Financing businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Support Repo Trade Capture, Inventory Management, and Securities Financing platforms.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and process workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to define solutions.
• Manage project roadmaps, timelines, and delivery tracking.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Scrum meetings, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
• Maintain project documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements, development, testing, and deployment.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business outcomes.
• Provide project status updates and executive-level communications.

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience within Capital Markets.
• Strong understanding of:

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with:
