Responsibilities
Executive Strategy & Communication
Prepare high-quality, executive-level presentations and briefing materials for leadership reviews.
Synthesize complex data into clear, strategic narratives and actionable insights.
Drive alignment across teams by clearly communicating priorities, risks, and performance metrics.
Establish regular reporting cadence for executive review.
Product & Program Leadership
Partner with leadership to define and drive team direction and roadmap.
Apply strong product management principles to prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
Lead cross-functional planning, execution tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
Identify risks and dependencies early and drive resolution.
Cloud Cost Management & Infrastructure Governance
Own and optimize cloud cost management strategies across multiple teams.
Establish visibility, reporting, and cost-control mechanisms.
Ensure infrastructure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Drive best practices in resource optimization, usage forecasting, and budget accountability.
AI Enablement & Operational Efficiency
Leverage AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, and similar platforms) to improve productivity, data analysis, and executive reporting workflows.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI into team operations and decision-making processes.
Promote responsible and effective use of AI tools across teams.
Qualifications
Proven experience preparing executive-level presentations for senior leadership.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid product management and program management experience.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
Hands-on experience with cloud cost optimization and infrastructure governance.
Familiarity with modern AI productivity tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) and practical use cases in business environments.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and operational rigor.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in fast-paced, multi-team or matrixed environments.
Background in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and financial operations (FinOps).
Experience building executive dashboards and performance tracking frameworks.
