Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead end-to-end solution design and architecture across Salesforce clouds. The ideal candidate will drive scalable, secure, and high-performance implementations while defining technical roadmaps, governance standards, and best practices for enterprise Salesforce programs.

Key Responsibilities

Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, and Analytics Clouds.
Design and implement integration architectures (API-led, event-driven patterns).
Establish data architecture, security models, and governance frameworks.
Lead solution design decisions for scalability, performance, and non-functional requirements.
Develop and maintain High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
Review existing implementations and identify improvements in performance, security, and reusability.
Define technical roadmap aligned with business and enterprise architecture goals.
Establish best practices, reference architectures, and delivery guardrails.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
Support estimation, planning, and program delivery.
Ensure high-quality deployments through CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices (Copado).
Guide teams on Salesforce DevOps, monitoring, and debugging tools.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Salesforce architecture.
Hands-on experience across:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Analytics (Tableau CRM / CRM Analytics)
Strong knowledge of SDLC / SDLS 2.0 processes.
Expertise in:
- API-led and event-driven integration patterns
- Data modeling and architecture
- Security and governance frameworks
Experience in large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Strong understanding of scalability and performance optimization.
Proficiency with DevOps tools (Git, Jira, Jenkins, Copado).
Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Certifications (Preferred)

Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
Salesforce Application Architect (highly preferred)
