Description- Performing System Operational Verification Tests (SOVTs) for Tactical Data Link (TDL) systems on-board U.S. naval assets and shore sites
- Providing on-board technical assistance (OBTA) and distance support to afloat naval assets and shore sites
- Working on various naval platforms and within a lab environment
- Testing and troubleshooting TDL systems
- Performing on-platform installation, troubleshooting, and testing of naval communication systems and equipment
- Performing system-level software testing to accurately validate operational readiness
- Performing inspection and testing of installed antennas and antenna lines
- Repairing electronics assemblies, cables, and TDL systems
- Reading, understanding, and interpreting technical reports and drawings
- Understanding of networking concepts
- Assisting troubleshooting antennas as required
- Providing written and/or oral status updates on status of current tasking to TDL Leadership and Shipboard / Site Leadership
- Packaging, handling, storage, and transportation of materials and equipment to and from task location
- Prioritizing tasks and strong ability to meet deadlines
- Performing ad-hoc tasking within contract scope

Requirements- TS/SCI eligible
- 5-7 years of experience with CDLMS (UYQ-86), C2PS (UYQ-120), or LMMT (USQ-212)
- 5-7 years of Electronics Technician experience with:
- LINK 16 Terminal
- MOS URC-141 OR
- JTIDS URC-109 OR
- MOS MOD URC-154
- Passport required for OCONUS travel
- Ability to stand or walk while lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling heavy objects
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on waterfront platforms during all seasons
Desired Skills- Prior Regional Maintenance Center (RMC) experience as customer or Active Duty
- Prior NIWC PAC TDL ISEA experience
