Compensation:$20 - $24 hourly BOE
Responsibilities:- Perform routine facility checks, minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep throughout the club
- Maintain cleanliness, function, and presentation of locker rooms, fitness areas, pools, and common spaces
- Respond to operational needs, safety concerns, and member questions with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and event support as needed
- Communicate maintenance concerns, facility needs, and operational updates clearly with leadership and team members
- Be an integrated "Whatever is needed" member of HFAC's team culture
Qualifications:- Reliable, responsible, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Comfortable performing hands-on maintenance and facility support tasks
- Ability to lead with professionalism and enforce club policies when needed
- Ability to lift, move, and carry equipment or supplies up to 50 lbs
- CPR/First Aid Certified or willing to obtain certification within 60 days of hire
- Experience in facilities, operations, customer service, maintenance, or athletics/fitness environments is a plus
