Summary

Role: SAP S/4HANA SD & Service Module Lead Consultant

Duration: 12 Months

Type: Contract

Location: Boston, MA(Onsite)

Required qualifications

  • 10+ years SAP experience with 3+ years on S/4HANA Service
  • 2+ end-to-end S/4HANA implementations leading Service scopes.
  • Deep functional expertise in:
    • S/4HANA Service: service contracts, service orders, in-house repair, confirmations, logistics integration, and billing.
    • Warranty management: customer/vendor warranty, claims processing, entitlement checks, recovery processes.
    • Serialization/equipment: serial number management, equipment master, install base/device history.
    • SD core: order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit/returns.
  • Proven cross-module integration with MM, LE, and FI/CO; exposure to PP/PM a plus.
  • Hands-on with Fiori apps for Service/SD, output management, and pricing in S/4HANA.
  • Strong testing, data migration, and cutover leadership in complex environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • S/4HANA Service certification.

Preferred

  • S/4HANA SD certification.
  • Experience with RISE with SAP, Private Cloud deployments.
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP extensibility, CDS views, OData, and integration patterns (e.g., CPI).
  • Field Service integration (planning/dispatching) and mobile service execution experience.
