Job Overview: We are building the future of multi-generational wealth strategy. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will serve as the technical architect of a comprehensive Tax Planning suite. You will lead technical validation-demonstrating to sophisticated RIAs, enterprises, and trust companies that the platform goes beyond tax calculations to deliver value through intelligent automation and strategic modeling.
Responsibilities: - Lead deep-dive technical demonstrations of the platform, highlighting multi-state tax scenario modeling, automated tax strategy workflows, and side-by-side comparative analysis.
- Conduct discovery sessions with prospective advisory and enterprise clients to understand current tax planning workflows and identify how an AI-driven SaaS solution can replace fragmented tools.
- Help advisors visualize complex outcomes, such as the impact of Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS), Roth conversions, and multi-generational gifting strategies on client estates.
- Manage technical components of RFP/RFI responses and assist with security questionnaires for enterprise-level deployments.
- Serve as a liaison between the market and the product team, translating advisor insights into actionable requirements for future tax and estate planning enhancements.
Qualifications: - Deep knowledge of the U.S. tax code, including Form 1040, W-2, and Schedule K-1 complexities.
- Strong understanding of data flow, API frameworks, data security, and system integrations within an advisor's existing technology ecosystem.
- Passion for creating scalable processes-whether developing workflows for capital gains strategies or building technical resources for enterprise clients.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or advanced Tax Planning (CPA, EA, or JD/LLM strongly preferred).
- Strong background in tax planning for high-net-worth individuals.
- Proven track record leading technical validation in complex B2B or fintech sales cycles.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to translate complex scenarios into a clear, compelling technical vision.
- Adaptability in high-growth environments with the ability to self-manage and pivot as product capabilities evolve.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax and legal concepts clearly to both technical teams and business executives.

Pay Range: $175k - $185k
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
