Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced UX Product Manager / UX Design Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and user experience initiatives for digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of product management, UX design, and data-driven decision-making, with a strong focus on delivering impactful customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in complex, matrixed organizations, driving product vision, prioritization, and execution in collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital/technology-enabled products
- Lead feature prioritization using frameworks such as:
- MoSCoW
- WSJF (Weighted Shortest Job First)
- Value-based decision models
- Manage product roadmaps using tools like Aha! or similar platforms
2. UX & Experience Leadership
- Champion user-centered design principles across product lifecycle
- Partner with UX designers to improve customer/member/patient experiences
- Drive end-to-end user journey optimization across digital platforms
3. Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage data, insights, and analytics to guide product decisions
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics
- Continuously measure and improve product outcomes
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with engineering, IT, UX, and business teams
- Translate business requirements into technical product solutions
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders in a matrixed environment
5. Delivery & Execution
- Oversee and guide Technical Product Owners
- Ensure effective execution of product strategy and roadmap
- Drive timely delivery of high-quality product features
6. Communication & Leadership
- Present product strategy and updates to executive stakeholders
- Communicate complex ideas through clear storytelling and visualization
- Influence decision-making across teams
Required Skills
- 15+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Leadership
- Strong experience in:
- Product strategy & roadmap development
- Feature prioritization frameworks (MoSCoW, WSJF)
- Digital product lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with product management tools (Aha! or similar)
- Strong data literacy and analytics-driven mindset
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in AI-enabled or digital transformation products
- Background in Healthcare, Financial Services, or regulated industries
- Experience in sales/distribution/channel-oriented product environments
