JOB DESCRIPTION:
"We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for Adobe Experience Manager AEM projects The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies remove impediments and foster a highperforming team culture while ensuring alignment with AEM development best practices and business goals

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning retrospectives and demos
Coach and mentor AEM development teams on AgileScrum principles and practices
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog specific to AEM features and enhancements
Ensure timely delivery of AEM components templates workflows and integrations
Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress
Track and report team metrics velocity burndown charts etc to stakeholders
Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including UX QA DevOps and content authors
Ensure compliance with AEM architecture standards governance and performance benchmarks
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
Certified Scrum Master CSM or equivalent Agile certification
3 years of experience as a Scrum Master with at least 1 year on AEM projects
Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager architecture components and workflows
Experience with Agile tools like Jira Confluence Rally or Azure DevOps
Excellent communication facilitation and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work in fastpaced crossfunctional environments"
