Position Title: IAM Analyst
Location Information - Hybrid
Term: This is a 6+ month contract to perm role
Position Responsibilities:
The IAM Analyst plays a critical role within the organization's IT Security team, overseeing the identity and access management program. This individual collaborates with various teams to ensure secure access to systems, data, and applications while aligning with business requirements. Responsibilities include contributing to policy development, enhancing IAM technologies, executing access reviews, and monitoring IAM-related incidents.
Essential Skills, Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in identity and access management, security administration, or related IT security roles.
- Proficiency in IAM technologies such as Okta, CyberArk, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and directory services.
- Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with IAM automation, IGA platforms, or privileged access management (PAM).
- Possession of professional certifications like CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300), or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) would be advantageous.
