We are seeking a Manager of Global Network, Cloud & Security to lead and modernize our global infrastructure, networking, and security posture. This role owns the enterprise network (SD-WAN), Microsoft cloud stack, endpoint management, and security operations, supporting a hybrid workforce across multiple regions.
This is a hands-on leadership role—balancing architecture, operations, vendor management, and people leadership—ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Network & Connectivity

Own and operate Cato Networks SD-WAN globally (sites, remote users, policies, performance).

Ensure high availability, secure connectivity, and optimized traffic across locations.

Partner with vendors and ISPs to manage contracts, SLAs, and performance.
Cloud & Microsoft Ecosystem

Lead administration and evolution of the Microsoft stack, including:

Drive cloud governance, identity lifecycle management, and access controls.
Security & Compliance

Own endpoint and network security strategy across ~600 endpoints.

Implement and enforce security standards, policies, and best practices.

Partner with internal stakeholders on audits, risk management, and incident response.

Oversee vulnerability management, patching, and security tooling.
Endpoint & User Services

Manage global endpoint strategy (Windows, mobile, peripherals).

Ensure a strong end-user experience while maintaining security and compliance.

Standardize onboarding/offboarding and device lifecycle processes.
Leadership & Operations

Lead and mentor internal IT resources and managed service partners.

Serve as escalation point for infrastructure and security incidents.

Develop roadmaps, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with global business leaders to align IT capabilities with business needs.
Required Experience & Skills

8+ years in infrastructure, network, cloud, or security roles
-
3+ years in a manager or lead capacity

Hands-on experience with:
-
Experience managing 500–700 endpoints in a global environment

Strong understanding of network security, identity management, and cloud governance

Vendor management and MSP oversight experience
Nice to Have

Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or global enterprise environments

Security certifications (Azure, CISSP, CCNP, etc.)

Experience supporting hybrid and international teams
