ServiceNow Product Manager || Hybrid || Fort Washington, PA (Local only)

Partner with stakeholders to capture needs and align scope with business outcomes.

Maintain traceability from requirements to test cases and releases.

Support change management activities (communications, training, adoption).

QUALIFICATIONS

Education - Required

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Business, Information Systems, or similar).

Education - Preferred

• Master's degree in business, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Experience - Required

• 7 10+ years' experience across ServiceNow platform roles (admin, developer, architect, product owner/manager).
• Experience supporting environments undergoing transformation, consolidation, or post acquisition integration.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Experience - Preferred

7-10 years in SNOW product ownership, experience leading multiple teams and managing complex UAT cycles.
