Responsibilities

Analyze and assess business systems to document requirements and define project scope effectively.
Collaborate with leaders to implement process improvements and enhance organizational services.
Lead meetings to foster idea generation and ensure seamless communication across teams.
Drive process maturity by maintaining comprehensive business process documentation and automation.
Support Agile transformation initiatives and adhere to best practices in business analysis.
Research business requests and troubleshoot issues to optimize system performance.

Skills

At least 5 years of experience in business systems analysis with strong analytical abilities.
Exceptional problem-solving and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
Proficient in application development and technology testing.

Preferred Skills

Experience with banking core systems and basic knowledge of Excel and SQL.
Familiarity with process improvement and Agile methodologies.
Proven ability to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
Experience with backend APIs and system integrations.
