Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce SPIFF Technical Architect with strong expertise in designing and implementing incentive compensation solutions for FMCG sales environments. The ideal candidate will architect scalable SPIFF solutions supporting complex distributor networks, territory sales structures, and high-volume incentive calculations.

Required Certifications
Salesforce Architect Certifications (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Salesforce SPIFF incentive compensation solutions for FMCG sales teams.
Architect scalable solutions supporting:
Territory-based selling
Distributor hierarchies
Beat/route models
Product-based incentives
Role-based eligibility rules
Configure and optimize SPIFF managed package including:
Data modeling
Custom objects
Automations
Performance optimization
Integrate Salesforce SPIFF with enterprise systems such as:
SAP S/4HANA
Oracle
Distributor Management Systems (DMS)
Architect solutions capable of handling high-volume transaction processing, including:
Sales data uploads
Incentive calculations
Distributor crediting
Batch processing and reconciliation
Implement data governance, security, and compliance frameworks for compensation data.
Lead SPIFF migration projects from legacy incentive systems.
Build analytics and insights using:
Salesforce Reports
Dashboards
Salesforce CRM Analytics
Define architecture standards, development best practices, and release governance.

Required Experience
Strong experience with Salesforce SPIFF implementations
Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture
Salesforce Sales Cloud
Salesforce Service Cloud
Salesforce Platform
Experience in FMCG sales operations and incentive structures
Expertise in API integrations, middleware, and event-driven architectures
Experience designing solutions for large-scale sales data environments
