Summary

Job Title: Senior Oracle EBS SCM & Manufacturing Analyst / Architect

Location: Remote

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Oracle EBS SCM & Manufacturing Analyst / Architect for a short-term contract engagement to support an Oracle E-Business Suite ERP rollout to a new manufacturing plant. The consultant will lead functional design, configuration, testing, and go-live support across Oracle EBS Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules, working closely with business, IT, and technical teams to ensure a successful plant launch.

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional activities for Oracle EBS SCM & Manufacturing rollout to a new plant
Configure plant-specific setup including:

Inventory organizations and sub-inventories
BOMs, routings, and work orders
WIP execution and shop floor transactions

Ensure integration across Inventory, WIP, Costing, Quality, Purchasing, and OM
Support data migration (items, BOMs, routings, on-hand, WIP)
Lead CRP, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live support
Support hypercare and post–go-live stabilization
Coordinate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, and issue resolution
Train plant users and support change adoption

Required Qualifications

10+ years of Oracle EBS functional experience
Strong experience with Oracle EBS SCM & Manufacturing modules
Prior experience with new plant or greenfield ERP rollouts
MES and PLM integration or coexistence experience
Hands-on experience with Oracle Shop Floor Management (OSFM) and Discrete Manufacturing
Solid understanding of discrete manufacturing execution and costing
Experience in multi-org EBS environments
Ability to work independently in fast-paced rollout scenarios
