- 12+ years of Experience of professional fullstack development experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or senior role.
- Backend Proficient - Solid backend development experience using Nodejs Python or Java Spring Boot
- Frontend Proficient - Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript and modern frameworks such as Angular, ReactJS or Vuejs.
- Data APIs - Deep understanding of RESTful API design microservices architecture and database management - SQL like PostgreSQL, MySQL and NoSQL like MongoDB
- Cloud DevOps - Handson experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform and containerization tools Docker Kubernetes
- Leadership - Proven ability to influence technical decisions without direct authority and mentor engineers
- Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

- Product Ownership - Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Code Quality - Best Practices Conduct rigorous code reviews enforce coding guidelines and promote a culture of Clean Code and technical excellence
- Mentorship - Mentor midlevel and junior developers conducting design discussions and providing technical feedback to help them grow
- Reliability - DevOps Lead CICD practices automate deployment pipelines and ensure smooth integration and production reliability
- Problem Solving - Lead root cause analysis for production incidents and drive permanent scalable fixes
