Job Description:-

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data infrastructure that support analytics and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with data integration, ETL processes, data modeling, and cloud-based data platforms, enabling reliable data flow across systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Build and optimize data architectures and data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Work with large datasets to ensure data quality, integrity, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Implement data validation, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms to ensure reliable data processing.
  • Develop and maintain data warehouses and data lakes for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Optimize SQL queries and improve performance of existing data pipelines.
  • Support data governance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Document data workflows, architecture, and processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4 8 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong experience with SQL and database technologies (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools or frameworks such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or Apache Airflow.
  • Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java for data processing.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
  • Experience working with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift.
  • Knowledge of data lake architectures and streaming data pipelines.
  • Experience with containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
