Role: Bilingual Data Annotator
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months
Must have a Laptop and active internet connection to perform duties.
No prior experience or training required - paid training will be provided.
Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Annotator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our conversational AI model delivers a high-quality customer experience while meeting business objectives. We welcome both entry-level applicants and experienced/senior candidates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verify data to enhance the performance of the AI model.
- Review model outputs to maintain established quality standards.
- Provide feedback to support continuous performance improvement.
Requirements:
- Entry-level position; however, experience in editing, product reviewing, content writing, or technical writing is an advantage.
- Excellent writing and spelling skills in Japanese and English.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Ability to respond and adapt to changing priorities quickly and efficiently.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to guidelines and workflows.
- Comfortable working with customer-facing content and content management tools.
- Problem-solving mindset.
