Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI / Voice Solution Architect to support a strategic Google initiative focused on Gemini-powered voice agents, intelligent call routing, GECX integration, and enterprise conversational AI architecture.
The architect will be responsible for designing scalable voice and AI-agent solutions that improve customer intent detection, routing accuracy, autonomous task execution, and integration across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Conversational AI and Voice AI architectures using Google Cloud technologies.
- Architect Gemini-powered voice-agent solutions for customer intent detection and intelligent call routing.
- Design and optimize call flows through GECX, IVR, AI agents, and downstream applications.
- Develop architecture for autonomous AI-agent workflows involving billing, credits, payments, and customer-service tasks.
- Improve AI-agent handoffs, escalation processes, knowledge integration, and routing logic.
- Support the transition toward an architecture where calls initiate through GECX.
- Design integrations using APIs, microservices, cloud services, and enterprise platforms.
- Work closely with Telecom, Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
- Support enterprise case-management and reactive routing capabilities.
- Evaluate AI-agent performance and identify opportunities to improve task completion and customer experience.
- Provide technical leadership for new AI product launches and production rollouts.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / Conversational AI / AI Agents.
- Experience with Gemini, Vertex AI, Dialogflow, or related Google AI technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Voice AI, IVR, Contact Center, and call-routing architectures.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud and AI solutions.
- Strong API and microservices integration experience.
- Experience with customer-experience or contact-center platforms.
- Strong architecture, technical leadership, and communication skills.
