Summary

Role Summary-
WORK MODE- REMOTE
The Technical Director (Tech Delivery Leader) serves as the senior-most delivery executive for the account, responsible for building executive-level client relationships, ensuring technical credibility, and owning end-to-end delivery execution across schedule, budget, quality, staffing, and overall account performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with client CTOs and senior technology leaders.
  • Own end-to-end delivery execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Lead Technical Delivery Managers, Architects, Project Managers, and Product Managers.
  • Drive delivery excellence, quality, utilization, and budget adherence.
  • Resolve critical technical and delivery escalations.
  • Support account growth, expansion opportunities, and client renewals.
  • Champion AI-assisted and agentic development practices across delivery teams.
  • Manage distributed onshore/offshore teams and provide executive-level leadership.
  • Conduct periodic client visits to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Required Experience
  • 15+ years of technology delivery experience with significant leadership exposure.
  • Current or prior experience as Director, Sr. Director, Technical Director, or equivalent.
  • Strong background managing large-scale consulting, SI, or enterprise engagements.
  • Experience engaging directly with CTO/VP-level stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of owning delivery, budget, quality, staffing, and margin.
  • Experience leading global distributed teams and complex client programs.
  • Ability to identify and support account expansion opportunities.
Preferred Experience
  • Consulting or Systems Integration background.
  • Healthcare or other regulated industry experience.
  • Experience driving account growth and strategic expansion.
  • Exposure to AI-augmented or agent-orchestrated delivery models.
