Role: Telecom Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a senior Telecom Project Manager with 8–12+ years of experience to lead end-to-end telephony initiatives. This role focuses on managing complex migrations from legacy systems to modern VoIP/Cloud platforms, ensuring alignment between network engineering, vendors, and business stakeholders in a critical infrastructure environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Leadership: Define scope, timelines, and deliverables for VoIP, PBX, and SIP projects.
* Migration Management: Oversee the transition from legacy telephone systems to modern UCaaS/Cloud solutions.
* Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Negotiate vendor deliverables and track performance while providing regular status updates to executive leadership.
* Technical Oversight: Coordinate with IT and Network teams to ensure compliance with security policies and telecom standards.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct testing, validation, and successful go-live for call center platforms and IVR/ACD systems.
Required Technical Skillset
* Experience: 5–12+ years in IT/Telecom Project Management.
* Telecom Tech: Expert knowledge of VoIP (Cisco, Avaya, Teams), PBX, and SIP trunking.
* Networking: Familiarity with LAN/WAN, QoS, and VPN concepts.
* Methodology: Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks (PMP preferred).
* UCaaS: Experience with Unified Communications and cloud telephony (Genesys, Zoom Phone, etc.).
