Job Description
We are seeking a Product Designer to join our Ads team focused on the Ads Manager App. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ads-specific product design, mobile interface and interaction design, and Figma and a proven ability to translate broad concepts into elegant, usable flows and ship high-quality experiences. A portfolio is required with submission.
Responsibilities:
- Design flows and experiences that are simple and elegant.
- Translate broad, conceptual ideas into useful and valuable product designs.
- Own interface designs and end-to-end user flows for the Ads Manager App.
- Contribute to strategic product decisions with product and executive stakeholders.
- Give and solicit design feedback to elevate quality across the team.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Content Strategists from conception through launch.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior design experience specific to ads ecosystems and tools.
- Mobile product design expertise, including interaction and visual design.
- Proficiency with Figma for end-to-end design and prototyping.
- Experience using AI tools in the design process.
Preferred Skills:
- Clear, structured communication.
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams.
