REQUIRED

• Business process optimization: Analyze existing OTC processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure SAP configurations align with business goals.
• Requirements gathering and documentation: Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit, define, and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Solution design and configuration: Design and configure SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) modules to meet business needs. This includes areas such as sales order management, pricing, billing, and credit management.
• Project management: Manage key tasks and workstreams such as data migration, integrations with other systems (e.g., FI/CO, Material Management, Logistics Execution, Purchasing).
• Testing and quality assurance: Create test plans, write test cases, and coordinate testing efforts (unit, integration, and user acceptance) to ensure all system changes and enhancements function correctly.
• Training and support: Develop training materials and provide guidance to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the SAP system. Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving post launch issues.
• Reporting and analytics: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights into Order To Cash performance.
