Project Manager - LAN/WLAN & Fiber Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of low-voltage systems projects. This is a fully on-site position; candidates must reside within 30 miles of the 90032 area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing CCTV, camera, and intrusion detection system installations, along with the ability to lead technical teams and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for CCTV, camera, and intrusion detection system installations.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead and coordinate field teams, including Low voltage technician personnel, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop, maintain, and track detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting using advanced Excel skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and local regulations.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide leadership and guidance to each Low voltage technician assigned to projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct site visits and oversee field execution, supporting Low voltage technician teams as needed.

  
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  

  Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing CCTV, camera, or intrusion detection system projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrated expertise in managing low-voltage infrastructure projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, tracking, reporting) and Microsoft Project (scheduling and resource planning).

  
  


• 
  

  Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for travel to project sites.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work fully on-site; candidates must reside within a 30-mile radius of 90032.

  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  

  Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience supervising field installation teams and coordinating subcontractors.

Additional Details

The base range for this contract position is $58 - $68 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
