Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager - Remote position with a Global Medical Technology Company located in San Diego, CA. This is a 7+ month contract opportunity.
Pay Range: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour. This role is responsible for the successful definition, implementation, and delivery of complex technical programs that require cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will support engineering and innovation initiatives, driving structure, planning, forecasting, and status reporting across multiple concurrent projects with global teams.
Responsibilities: - Deliver programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget
- Lead technical projects across cross-functional teams including software, hardware, and firmware
- Provide program-level support to leadership across operational initiatives such as monthly updates, planning, and forecasting
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and deliverables
- Manage project scope, requirements gathering, time estimating, and budget
- Coordinate sprint execution and scrum processes
- Provide weekly status updates, forecasting, and risk/highlight reporting
- Act as a liaison between key program stakeholders and internal/external partners
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in IT Program Management
- Strong background in an R&D environment
- PMP or PMI certification
- Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Proficiency with JIRA, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
- Strong communication, diplomacy, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and work well with business partners
- Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
Desired skills: - MBA or other related advanced degree
- Med-tech experience
